Tickets for exhibitions and events
Admission and event tickets for a specific date carry no statutory right of withdrawal (section 312g (2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code, leisure services for a specific date). Please check date and venue before you buy.
Catalogues and publications
Ordered publications carry the statutory right of withdrawal: you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving reasons (section 355 of the German Civil Code, BGB).

Declare your withdrawal informally by e-mail to info@kunsthalle-karlsruhe.de or by post to the address in the imprint. Alternatively, use the form at the bottom of this page.
